Tailored House Designs was established in 2015 and is based in Central Coast. We are a boutique design and construct firm, dedicated to providing unique living spaces, custom made to suit our client's needs and desires which are exclusive for them and their families.
WHAT makes us different from the others?
Our team of professionals will work with you and for you, to create a personalised design that will suit your needs. We understand that not everyone’s dream is the same. Unlike project homes, we do not have a set design for everyone and therefore, we do not believe in ‘one size fits all’. We will work hard to create your dream home.

We will take out time to listen to you, understand your needs and expectations as well as guide you through the process of design, where your ideas can turn into a reality. You will never be left alone to deal with any matter during design or construction stage of your project.

We understand that most people are busy, thus we make an appointment to come and visit you on your site. This first initial consultation is free of charge, a service that very few professionals still offer.
UROS JOVANOVIC
PRINCIPAL DESIGNER / CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
The founder of Tailored House Designs, Uros is Licenced Builder with more than 23 years’ work experience in projects that ranged from minor alterations for the residential dwellings within $20K, through to complete design of commercial and industrial buildings such as shopping centres, service offices, aged care facilities and high-rise apartments worth up to $350M. Uros also worked for five years in Canada for one of the largest Engineering companies in the world on establishing two hospitals, railway maintenance depot and extension of major International Airport in Montreal, QC.
Apart from his bachelor’s degree in Design and Construction Management, Uros is also a member of Master Builder Association and Affiliated Level 2 – Australian Institute of Architects.
